Freedom Scripts services are intended solely for licensed medical clinics, compounding pharmacies, physician offices, med-spas, telehealth brands, and authorized white-label partners. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate licensure information, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring that only authorized personnel place orders or access account records on behalf of their organization.

Freedom Scripts operates as a compliance-first distribution partner. The provisions below outline regulatory expectations, partner verification standards, and the legal framework that governs use of our platform and services.
Freedom Scripts facilitates connections between clinics, pharmacies, and vetted suppliers. All 503A and 503B partners represented on this platform are independently licensed and subject to applicable FDA regulations and state board of pharmacy oversight. Use of our services does not relieve any party of its own regulatory obligations.
Product and partner information provided through Freedom Scripts is sourced directly from manufacturer and facility documentation. While we maintain rigorous verification standards, clients are responsible for confirming current licensure and certification status prior to entering into any transaction.
Inclusion in our verified partner network requires documented cGMP compliance, active state and federal licensure, and successful completion of our onboarding review. Freedom Scripts reserves the right to suspend or remove any partner that falls out of compliance with these standards.
Freedom Scripts acts as a distribution and compliance facilitation partner and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from products or services provided by third-party facilities. Clients agree to indemnify Freedom Scripts against claims arising from misuse of sourced products.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state in which Freedom Scripts is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction within that state.
